Is anyone can tell me about secretary power, what kind of contracts, if signed by secretary will have a power?
Can secretary of ltd company signed any contracts without directors confirmation?
If so, does it right way, to sign the employment contract with special limitations and instructions ?

It is unusual for contracts to be ratifyable by a Company Secretary - check your Articles of Association. However, take professional advice as this is a minefield for the unwary!
