Joomla - Template - .RAR Issue

Good Morning Guys & Girls.

Hope you can help.

I have recently been supplied with a Joomla Template that fits my Business Perfect!!!

It has been given me to in a .RAR format which i have now extracted.

Within the file there is numerous files.

I was wondering if somebody could direct me to what im looking for to install as there is numerous .ZIP

In the rar/zip should be a template folder.

This should be copied to the server, then in admin set that template as default.

uncompress the rar file with 7zip, then there will be a zip file within the folder, upload that zip folder using the Joomla tool in the template upload menu.

Then go to the templates folder and make the folder the default theme.
