woops, just opened a "security message" that was obviously not from my bank but it also didnt contain any follow through links .........should I be worried?

What did you open it in, gmail, outlook, yahoo? was there images, if so did you click display images?

opened in yahoo mail and no images as images blocked by programme also done a full malware / defender scan, both have come back as clear.

shouldnt read emails and talk on the phone at the same time seems to be the moral of the story - LOL

think you'll be ok, I open em and delete em straight away. I agree as long as you dont click on the link it'll be fine.And you a security expert too. LOL
