    I am just enquiring with all mortgage comapnies out there as the whether or not you would be interested in an arranged appointment at £120?

    The consumer has gone onto a website, filled in an application and once the cosnumer has been called back and the details verified they have agreed to a home base appointment to move the nquiry forward. I would be interested to know if anyone is currently purchasing such leads that they're not happy with and why and if anyone is interested what volume they would be interested in.

    I'm a mortgage broker setting up to do just this, as I'm finding that several of my brokers have the skill to sell a mortgage (provide the right advice), but don't have the skill to convert a lead into an appointment.

    My pricing is 50.00 for a telephone appointment, and 100.00 for a phone one.

    they are appointment of people who want to re mortgage we can arrange sat appointment for days an times suitable for u!!!

    My service is now live, (pilot stage). I'm full in the North, and mostly full in the Midlands - my firm has a Newcastle base, and I'm in Edinburgh.
    I've got availability for many postcodes in the South, and London, for qualified mortgage appointments, and am looking to expand this rapidly.
    I'm a mortgage broker, and a trainer, and I do this already for my new brokers.

    PM, or call, if you want to sit in front of clients who you can actually help.

    I think you will have no problem selling these appointments. I used to run a mortgage lead generation company and we were successful in selling leads nationwide.

    I would recommend that you either pick up the phone to cold call brokers and see if you can persuade them to take orders. Or use a middle man company like leadbay who will take a cut for selling on your leads/apps.

    Guys, I would beware of Professional Mortgage Solutions, it would appear they are anything but if the comments on the cherry mortgage forum are anything to go by, I have also had dealings with these guys, pressure salesman , take your money, then dont produce the appointments.Be warned do not part with your cash.

    i think you must have mixed us up with someone else called the same i have a team of 6 advisors who order leads every 2weeks and are happy. My spelling might not be perfect but i can do my job better than most, if you have got a problem leave a number i can contact you on an we will talk like adults.

    I do not know anything about the people who are offering appointments in this thread, but I have used a NE based company with similar stuff and found the following:-

    1- For remortgages they were making promises like "we will beat any offer you have got from current lender" and understandably the customer agreed. With dual pricing etc, it was (and is) not possible to beat.

    2- They were still making 1st time buyers appointments on 100 % LTV bases (when no one is lending on that basis) advising the customer to talk to the advisor about an unsecured loan.

    3-Thye made promises like, we have access to deals that you can not find anywhere else (these days direct deals beat the brokers hands down) to get the appointment.#

    As there job is finished when you sat in front of a customer, it cost you £120 to sit in front of a person who has been told that you will deliver something that you can not !

    All good lead generation companies are chased by brokers, not the other way round.

    well mick sorry you come across some one like that i am based in liverpool but provide leads all over the uk an n.i and only charge £100per appointment, i also offer a great returns policy so it would be no advantage for me to give that sort of lead out. Hope it gets better for you and you find someone you can trust.
