Repeat , Why don't you take the client who owes the £900 to the small claims court

I'm, however I need allow 30 days notice period don't I?

First you said

Then you said

So, you don't guarantee that the car will be valeted, not smell of cigarettes, or the chauffeur will be presentable.

That's fine, but it makes your comparison pointless. All you're left with is we cost more so we're better.

Yes we do guaranteed but we can also not guaranteed if the village is being held in a cottage estate or farmland and there mud if the cars arrives dirty to the venue.

In terms of your 2nd point, Yes you're able to get it for much cheaper however you would trust them to deliver on your big day? What if the car is not valet or smells of cigarettes? Will they guarantee the chauffeur will turn up dressed professionally, Clean shaven and smelling neutral
.

That would be my minimum expectation. TBH I’d expect it from an Uber in this day and age

Granted, I’m probably being slightly optimistic, but it certainly doesn’t differentiate you from any of the other quality operators.

If you want to crack into the super-premium market you have to have a clear target market and a big point of differentiation to offer them

Consider also it’s the bride who will be using the car not the groom. The bride probably won’t even know what the different classes of merc are.

This isn’t being sexist, it’s just that few are petrolheads so the model is irrelevant.

I just know the Germans use them as taxis and the local idiots use top of the range models to pose outside the schools when they pick up their offspring. I have no idea what type they are.

What does do really well on the wedding market are classic cars. One local wedding had 20MGs to transport the wedding party.

They all lined up and had one passenger in each. They then drove to the reception.

It’s what the bride wanted as her deceased father was a lifelong fan. Obviously not suitable for everyone but my point was a merc is just one of a huge number of possibilities. Using a merc doesn’t make it luxury. Luxury come from the service not the means of transport.
