Hi everyone../.
I have just taken over a premises (renting), and literally just starting out.
The previous tenant of the shop run up a huge electricity bill and as a result had the supply disconnected. I have been given the number to contact the supplier to re-connect by the landlord, however, the company want over £80 to come out and re-connect it...
Who is responsible for this charge?... seems a bit unfair for me to have to pay this, surely when you rent a business the basics should be in place?..
Any ideas much appreciated..
Thanks
