Which Membership Platform do you Recommend?

Hi there,

I'm looking for a service that will enable me to have a "membership platform" on my website. E.g. a members area where content is restricted unless you have an account with us.

I'd like an all-in-one solution if possible, where prospective members can create their subscription, pay, and create their account in one go.

Does anybody have any experience with this sort of thing? Any recommendations?

There are loads of membership plugins you can use with Wordpress. They all have different functionality and levels of complexity. It’s just a matter of trying them all out to see which one best suits your business model.

Righto, thank you fisicx, I'll have a look and try a few out on a dummy website.

I suppose that would mean that users create their subscription with my subscription manager (currently Moonclerk), and then they would have to create a separate account to login to my website - does that sound about right?

Some have built in subscription modules. You may even find one that connects the two. If not it’s not a difficult thing to build.

Sounds like WordPress would probably be good for this.

Good question, I had missed that detail and assumed it was a totally new site.

I'd check out Memberstack. Integrates with a lot of existing technologies.
