You are mixing two things.
1. The domain is the address of your website. You need to register the domain first.
2. You then need to host the blog. For this you need a host.

What's not clear from your post is what sort of blog. You can get a free blog from https://www.blogger.com/ or https://wordpress.com/ or use one of the many free site builders.

    Are you referring to a domain (website address) only or a website service?

    Please stop posting rubbish suggestions.

    If the OP is asking for a domain only service I don't see anything wrong with these recommendations. I used GoDaddy for 10 years for domains only, I wouldn't touch them for web hosting or related services though. Over the last year I have moved all of my domains to Enom for a nice 45% saving per domain. The issue with GoDaddy is they have low prices and then suddenly increase the price slightly the longer you're with them. But GoDaddy was not a bad company for domains.
