Which is the best virtual phone provider?

Hello,

I need virtual phone provider to do mainly SMS verifications for my business and to receive customer's call. I'm currently using virtualphone.com but sometimes SMS is not received and call is not reaching their network (probably a bug). So, I'm looking for alternatives.

What exactly do you mean by SMS verification ? Perhaps an SMS api provider is best for this ?

I'm looking for receiving SMS (for me to verify accounts like PayPal, Facebook, ...) and sending SMS (to do marketing stuffs & to notify me when needed).
