Which is the best CRM software?

Hi

I have gone through many CRM software, all looking are same... please advise, which is one of the best CRM software?
 
I will be a little bit biased here, but at least you get this from an expert.

1. Oracle - £70 to £200 per person/ month
2. SAP - £50 - £400 per person / month
3. Zoho CRM - free for up to 3 users and you can sign up on our website as a UK Customer
4. Salesforce.com - from £3 for very basic to £170 pp/m

So here you go, there is other software like SugarCRM and others but it's not the same league as the four above

Personally I would say Desk.com the features they provide look pretty good and it's free for the first support member.

We're trialling CapsuleCRM - we like it because it doesn't require 8 hours of your day to manage it... it's very easy to set up and use.

Am using zoho.com - trialled salesforce.com but costs just didn't justify it at this stage and zoho seems to work on a similar level except salesforce has good training videos.

I used Salesforce at a larger company. Having tried Zoho I can thoroughly recommend it. It is very quick to set up, very flexible and it is very easy to get reports out of the system. I would take Zoho over Salesforce any day.

If anyone wants to try Zoho and get UK support you need to sign up through our website. Everyone is welcome first 3 users are free anyway, and actually doing it through our website is easier then with Zoho ha ha.

Since it is unlikely that any single person would be well conversant with more than a couple CRM's, every one will assume that their chosen one is the best!

With that in mind, perhaps you could try stating what you want a perfect CRM to do, then you'll get more accurate pointers.

PS My CRM is most certainly the best!

Souds like a good point, but it is not as there is only one aswer he wants CRM so he wants to manage his clients and contacts.

If he/she wants to do more the the question would not be asked on this very forum. But if yes, then I am happy to guide clients through sql, oracle and other table based databases and implementation possibilities.

...but to what extent does he want to manage his customer? Does he for instance want to send anniversary emails? Maybe do some customer service ticketing... or manage bookings... how about subscribing them to email marketing lists.. and even creating complex relationships between them...

Hi, What is your requirement, tell me.... I think CleverOwl will be good CRM software, i heard from one friend of mine. He used it and continue using it from a year...

Yes,

CleverOwl is nice CRM Software. I am also using from a year and i am very satisfied with it... There are also some good softwares, but CleverOwl has best features...

I'm not sure why people waste their time with those sort of third category tools. No sensible company would ever touch it. It must be the fun factor of playing with it.
You Do use WordPress as your website platform which is a sensible think to do, yet to manage your customers you use archaic tools.
Sure I can't keep mentioning our service here but I really rather refer people to use Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Salesforce than all this funny software.
Try Oracle CRM on demand for 30 days here and then compare it to something.

Well I'm looking for integration between my accounting system, payment processors and CRM, and it happens that Oracle, Salesforce and Microsoft dynamics appear not to give me the integration levels I desire out of the box.

Thats why I bother looking at other solutions.

I hate to say this but if you need out of the box integration accounting + CRM there is only one solution. :D

Our Zoho CRM + Zoho Books

Even chart of accounts is directly linked to Vendors in CRM.

Just check it out, you will not be disappointed.

The only better solution I know is SAP CRM + ERP but you need full time account admin to run this.

The Zoho Books looks like it has yet to discover the UK, so that probably is a step/risk too far for me.

I'll carry on evaluating Kashflow/Capsule at least I know Kashflow is used by mainstream UK accountants, understands VAT, reconciles Paypal & Go-Cardless etc.

My accountant is Using Xero Accounting and this is not something I would recommend to any one, but hey, that is what they like.

Has anyone else noticed threads like this on the rise?

What is the best blah blah...how much for this blah blah etc???

1 - 5 posters who NEVER respond to questions about specifics...

As a person whom has startes quite a few forums one has to ask...

Are these really post bots or is someone, somewhere posting these to promote an active profile :rolleyes:

There really is no best CRM software. What worls for one may not work for another. Zoho is a great tool as is Xero and Quickbooks so in the end it all boils down to user experience and expectation.
