It's a very good point!How do you end up in the situation where the customers dictate that a platform must be used?
I've been toying with using WhatsApp for business, my clients want it, I'm not too keen mainly because of a loss of control over how and when they can contact me.
I'm a back bedroom warrior, my phone only rings between 9-5, I rarely answer emails outside of hours, clients don't have my mobile number, clients do not visit me here.
I'm gonna roll with what I been doing all along for now, put this WhatsApp idea back on the shelf.
