Not going to change anything really. The sort of thing most developers do isn’t what CodeWP does.

I wasn't suggesting it would stop people hiring developers
I'm not sure you appreciate how much better performing your own website could be if you hired a professional to design/develop it.

I'll give you a small hint:

The monthly Google search volume for 'fenn trap' is 1000.

The monthly Google search volume for 'rat trap' is 22,200.

I wasn't suggesting it would stop people hiring developers but that it might make it easier for developers/coders to deliver a result more expeditiously as they wouldn't have to spend as much time writing and testing code.
A lot of the stuff CodeWP generates isn’t very good. You can already find most of the useful stuff on stackexchange or GitHub.

Every once in a while, a new tool threatens to make one job or another obsolete, but in most cases, they don't.

Many said page builders would kill developers, but that was not the case, now people are saying the same about AI, but I am yet to meet a client who has everything ready from the start and doesn't require "guidance" and AI needs a lot of guidance, for now, I think those tools help devs, not replace them.

Sometimes it does. Desktop publishing killed hot metal, despite all the efforts of the print unions. Newspapers were still published.

Now the writers guild in America are trying to ban AI. Some might lose their livelihoods, some will adapt to the new technology, but screenplays will still be written.

    "For now" indeed.

As a developer I don't think we have that long, put perhaps a few years.

Our job has always been to implement computer systems that automate certain aspects of a client's business. That job will still exist for a while, just the tools we have available to us will be many orders of magnitude more powerful and the types of business process that we can now automate will be vastly expanded - now we can automated things that it wasn't possible to automate before.

I've told all of my developers that we need to look to incorporate AI as much as possible in everything we do or we'll become obsolete.

    Paul.
