Still not going to work. There are thousands of self help books for every conceivable condition. You are just another one to add to the pile. Self publish, list it on Amazon and spend all your spare time and cash on marketing. You might be lucky.

Thanks for your input is there any way I can promote mental well being that will work do you think?

There are many ways to promote mental well being, most of your ideas seem to be about selling something related to mental well being, which isn't the same thing.

What are you actually trying to achieve?

I’m trying to raise awareness and allow people to help themselves in the best way possible and I know it’s not a substitute for professional help but a few techniques here and there can make a massive difference!

OK, so how does that connect to placing magazines in doctors surgeries or selling books door to door?

There are a lot of charities in this area, its quite fashionable at the moment.

So why not raise money for one of them? Sponsored walks, London marathon, abseiling, etc - all very popular. Some people have raised millions like this.

If you have something to say create blog/facebook page/instagram page and share your experiences then link back to the charity. They'll be happy with the links and have the resources to actually help people.

Far more effective than a book / magazine that no one will read/buy.
