Its good to get this done with personal attention, you can get feedback from customer who use your service by email them or asking them using some feedback form

There are website reviews for full members on this site. You need to become a full member, and you get to have your site ripped apart by lots of people...

If you want more personal attention, then a half decent marketer would be better than a web designer. You want the site to sell, not look pretty...

Ultimately it is your visitors who will judge. They'll buy or they won't. Learn to set up a split test on each page and you'll be able to figure it out yourself.
