Hi all,

Any feedback on the design and functionality of the website is appreciated.

We teach kids games design, coding, animation, etc.
We run holiday camps, as well as term time courses.
Our term time courses are accredited by an awarding body and students will get qualifications by completing our courses.

Having a video autorun as soon as you enter the site isn't much use for anyone with slow broadband.

Did you build the site yourself?

Look at it on a phone - it just doesn't work well.

The whole thing looks homemade and tells me nothing about the courses. All you seem to want me to do is book a course. I followed the links and still don't know what I get for my money. You offer a free trial but then have this intrusive and complicate form to fill in (why do you need the name of a school?). If I did want to pay $800 is a lot of money for something quite nebulous. I can't see a curriculum or details of the course not are there any links to the accreditation.

The site looks likes you have just kept on adding things as you thought of them without any consideration of the needs of the potential client.

2) Site is slow loading images
3) Mix of serif/sans-serif font is not good
4) Color palette selection poor
5) Quick scrolling of sponsors annoying
6) Lack of consistency in graphic design elements.
7) Would suggest a professional pdf flyer to download for each course.
8) Kids camps mixed with professional courses on the same site ... hmmm!
9) For kids camps would expect information on child safety to be clearly available

Had a quick look on the functionality from a data p.o.v

1) Use Google Analytics
2) Only basic set up (Limited insight)
3) Not using audience targeting for adwords but do retargeting for FB
4) Haven't seen any custom events (Limited insight)
5) "Stay in touch" way bellow fold

Yeah I've been thinking about that. I'm actually working towards having it removed.

That's a lot of food for thought, thanks a lot.
Do you think it would be best to have a separate curriculum/brochure for each individual course, or shall I make one for all of our courses.
So it could be either a 2 page document for each course.
or a 10-15 page document for all of our courses?

Thanks a lot for the message. Can I ask you to elaborate on some of the points please? Kind of new to these stuff.
