    Hi Folks,
As part of BDG (which owns this site), we have a product called eFiling, which is easiest described as something like WordPress for the company formation industry. It does everything a company formation provider needs, from handling e-commerce, statutory compliance, customer management, etc. It is the market leader and the largest feed of new company information to Companies House in the world, almost every single company formation website you will find online is run on our platform.

We do not provide website design services, and I do not ever want to. However, to use our platform, our clients need to engage the services of a website designer who will theme, skin and brand our application, and add in and build all the other web pages around our application's core functionality. Many of our clients come to us expecting everything to be finished out of the box (think, they've just done a fresh install of WordPress and now wonder why the website doesn't look like their brochures).

So we will create a panel of designers on our site to direct our clients to those who have been trained on our application and will understand how to work with it. We do not want any commercial arrangement here, just something that can help our clients and in turn remove a barrier to entry. All we ask is to look after the clients, and spend some time learning our application so you can provide an efficient service.

If this interests you, please drop a line to [email protected] and my colleague will get in touch and chat it through with you.

Apologies for late posting but only just seen this.
Not too sure I know exactly what eFiling is supposed to offer in this context but if it is in any way involved in the actual formation of a company at Companies House then there may well be the requirement for appropriate registration with a supervisory body under anti-money laundering regulations amongst others.

Google search for company formation providers who register Limited companies at Companies House.

Pretty much every website you will see listed is running on our platform, eFiling. Pretty much all of them, our customers are the regulated providers - we don't deal directly with the public, but we provide the backend infrastructure that powers their websites, their CRM, CMS and electronic link to Companies House. As a software provider we are outside the scope of the money laundering regulations, but our clients are regulated and do need to register with HMRC or another body.

I see; your services are to the company formation providers.

In that case if you deal with the majority of providers are you the one responsible for that dreadful archaic new log on procedure? I complained to them and they said lots had made the same complaint but they are in the hands of their developers - who evidently are doing nothing.

I can see you have a login to the dashboard, which is set up and there, so it exists.
He's on holiday this week though but will check in when he's back.
