Hi, im new here and I have just started up my new company which is a website design company yet i am unsure how to market the product without spending loads of money.

I'd have thought as a web design company you'd be pretty familiar with ideas of how to promote your site on the internet.

What works for me is SEO, directories, blogs, forums, online relationship building, family & friends, referrals, networking with others in the industry.

There are plenty of forum posts here that will help.

If you haven't any idea how to market yourself how do you expect to market your clients?
As codefixer says, it's a lot of work.

Why would a web designer be doing marketing work for their clients?

I know some do (by offering SEO or PPC services), but they're totally different skill sets.

As for the original question, if you search the archives, you should be able to find dozens of threads asking about how web designers can get clients.
