Web Hosting recommendations?

I'm looking for recommendations: The requirements are for hosting Umbraco sites (an open source MS SQL Content Management system) so not large databases: Instances of SQLExpress. In order I think we need response time, reliability, then cost. However it is not a cost no object exercise. Any recommendations please?

I am aware that if you have negative experience and the ISP is a forum member, you may not criticise them (fallen into that trap). So PM if you have a bad experience of one.

If you are not a hosting company but have a good experience with you current host, please let me know.

We have customers using Umbraco without any issues everything required is supported. I would recommend W2K8 (IIS7) over W2K3. Windows 2008 based plans are on http://www.2008hosting.net. You can control read / write permissions within our CP which you will not get with most providers, so absolute security.

I have created a basic website for my freight forwarding company just really showing the services offered. I now want to take it to the next level and create a customer suite for my customers to log in to and see all the information on shipments they have sent individually. Another request i have to find a way of adding forms to the site so i can pull the information from the forms into a database / list or a document that my customer can print. Do you have any ideas of a cost effective way of doing this?

Been with eUKHost for years, various packages up and down the range. Support is always top notch and the prices pretty good.

I've been with LCN.com for about 3-4 months now, dedicated server and a few domains. Although I've rarely needed the support, when I have it's been amazing. Can't praise them enough.
