    OK

the scroll is bit slow, not sure what is going on there. The homepage is a bit chunky at2.2M and total load time of 5.5seconds, even though you are on cloudflare.

The only CTA is top right, not in line of sight, especially when there are chevrons directing to scroll

Phone number hidden in footer, especially useless on mobiles

Companies act requires your company registration no as well as name somewhere (at least once but can be in T&C or what ever ) but as you have the company name in the footer might as well have the co number.

Why is the blog on a completely different unrelated domain?

The site it self is typical of a web design site, it has what you need. But to spend a year on it in my opinion is too much. When we were seriously into web design we would be building a fresh look every year.

    A year!

It looks like a zillion other cookie cutter websites. It's as if you have taken a standard layout and tried to fill it with content rather than the more effective method of writing the content and then doing the styling.

But is does what it says on the box so if it's bringing in clients that's great. I did look at your portfolio and the first site is missing and the second has your badge locked bottom left - that alone would put me off using your services. The rest of the portfolio seems to be repeats of the same sites or old sites.

Your quote form let me send and empty form. There are no real calls to action anywhere.

You mention you use a CMS. Which one? Is is proprietary? Can I go to a different developer and get my site updated? Can I switch themes and add plugins and extensions?

There are lists of services you offer but nothing to click on to get more information about that service.

Bin the hero images - they (and the animations) add no value. And they don't even work on my phone (which questions your responsive design).

The footer is broken on my phone.

Why the twitter feed? What value does this have for a potential client?

The blog needs to be on the site. Taking people off site is a big UX no-no.

The hamburger menu means I have to click to even see what is on offer (there are no homepage links).

Google scores your site 47/100 in speed tests.

And 3-4 weeks to build a basic website is far too long. Using a CMS you should be able to get a wireframe up and running in less than a day.

Sorry to be all negative but it's nothing special or exciting. Using wordpress and a free theme you could have built that site in a couple of days.

Landing experience: above the fold is good, although the dynamic title animation isn't really needed. I always advocate simplicity above all else. Load speed is OK, although server response time could be improved, depending on budget. Is your main market in Dorset? If you want to branch out, maybe consider making it a wider region, like the South-West and adding to h1.

Link profile and outreach need work. Currently, fairly low trust flow and your topics are defined as Recreation / Travel, which might not be ideal for Web Dev and SEO services.

The homepage looks to be KW stuffed. Advise against this as it's a bit old hat.
