Web Creation UK - anyone use them?

Hi

I would say don't use this company unless you want a load of stress and headaces. That's what our experience has been like from the start issues we had were lack of communication slow finishing work and main issue is there server going down alot so website is down and no support the offices are closed at the weekend so absoutley nothing can be down if the server goes down on a weekend and it dose do dose your business ! They don't care everything has to wait until Monday not acceptable if I'd of known what it was going to be like I would never of gone with them

Never heard of them but the quality of their work looks pretty bad to say the least.. and about 15 years old in terms of design, layout etc.

If you guys have to deal with IT projects and India please avoid. I am not sure if this is the case like "MrMen" posted if this company is the middle man in between Indian IT.

Lots of Indian IT professionals deal on a very very low-quality level and has poor customer service.
And not to disrespect India or legit Indian IT companies but when it comes to small business you cannot risk wasting one year of your time when project delivery time advised as a couple of months. So be aware dealing with such an IT company which can take all of your motivation away.

It is very likely that people who want to save a lot of money on IT project they will pay twice :/

P.S I didn't mean to say something about this particular company but "cheap IT professionals" in general as there is no such a thing that exists

We have taken over a few customers from Web Creation. We notice this with a few design agencies - if we start taking over a few customers from the same company then usually there's something wrong. As @streetslocal said, 'Suspicious Minds'

I judge a website creation company by it's website and their website is bold, high contrasting, shouting and a little crass. Also be careful of hidden extras that come along after the event. What are you actually getting that you couldn’t do yourself with plenty of free online website creators and lovely looking templates.
