HI All,

I am in the stages of writing a business plan for a small restaurant. I would like to know if there is a way to find out what waste collection cost would be.

To get an accurate figure you should approach local commercial waste management companies for quotes.

If you google ‘commercial waste [location]’ you should find some providers.

Your local council will quite possibly also provide the service. Get a quote from them too.
I ended up with mid size bin from the council (halfway between regular size house bin and big massive bin too big for us) emptied every other week for £6 a time a couple of years back (recycling waste).

May also find that recycled materials where segregated will be collected free eg cardboad. An en route collection even better for the planet.
