One of my limited companies needs to do the annual Companies House Confirmation Statement and I received a reminder letter from Online Filings to complete this.
Just a warning to people that this is not part of Companies House, but an independent company charging you almost £50 to do something that you can do yourself for £13.
Now, I know that your accountant might charge £50 or more to do this, but that is part of your relationship with them.
I just wanted to warn people about this (and being careful about others...) company. They are not doing anything illegal, but it does verge on the edge of dishonesty!
We must all be more vigilant, especially when we need to be tightening the belt!
