Hi,

I'm looking for a warehouse and order fulfilment in the EU.

Having never really dealt with exports before, we now have agents / distributors in the EU ready for us to get our act together.

However, they are telling us that EU trade customers are choosing not to purchase from companies who supply the EU from the UK due to complications with shipping and custom duties.

Can anyone recommend us some companies that can do this for us inside the EU - We have been advised Holland is great option but finding space is difficult due to the amount of UK companies flocking to use these types of services since Brexit.

Any helps and contacts at said companies would be appreciated, thanks.

Your basically looking for 3PL service. In 2021 i worked for a jeweller company who was looking into this too. I was managing that research project.

There are literally hundreds of 3PL providers. The ones i came across which are worth looking at are that was relevant to our business use case at the time.

Parcel Planet based in Dublin Ireland
BYRD who use partner networks - warehouses n fulfilment not owned by them but rented space but using there own tech and UI platforms.
Bazoos and Huboo same as BYRD.

Cubyn is another worth look at, they own there own warehouse but dont sign up companies less then 1m in revenue.

All these 3PL companies will always ask you to give them estimation of your monthly sales volume to quote you pick n pack price. Other things you need to compare are the following.

Pack feePick feeMaterial feeFuel Surchargeup to 250g within/to 500<gShipping cost up to 1kg

Setup FeeManagement/ Service FeeInventory insurance per monthGoods acceptance feewarehouse intakeno. of times goodsin goods by boxStorage fee per monthstorage commentReturn fee per unit

    Where are your customers?

It might make more sense to locate your provider at the centre of your distribution or where you larger customers are, to keep delivery costs down.

Thanks for this, helpful. We have had problems with storing and fulfilment for large sized products so will check this out.

This is an old feed. But We have just had to source a partner in the Netherlands for a client wanting stock in our warehouses as well as a bulk of products in Europe. Following a lot of calls and research, we have started working with Top Logistics on the German border. Offering next-day delivery across Germany and the Netherlands.

I hope it helps those looking for choices.
