    We are currently with voipfone.co.uk, been with them for just under a year, and have not been very happy with them. Recently we have had all sorts of problems, and their customer service just don't seem to be making any effort to assist in solving the problems.

    They also don't offer specific features that many other VOIP providers offer.

    Hence why I am looking for a new provider.

    Then try Gradwell. I am surprised though.

    We were with Gradwell for a while on a small scale and had no complaints, although I'd like to hear exactly what features voipfone.co.uk is missing. As far as features go, I was under the impression they pretty much had everything covered!

    Since my earlier post, where I advised that I was receiving problems with my VOIP provider. I have received various communication from voipfone.co.uk to try and sort out the problems.

    They have been very quick to act on my post and are currently looking into a number of issues that we have raised.

    After my criticism, I am happy to provide credit to them.

    I will let you know how I get on.........

    They have been very quick to act on my post and are currently looking into a number of issues that we have raised.

    I'm not surprised, been with 'em well over two years and think there brilliant.
