Several of the members on here recommend voipfone.co.uk. cjd, one of the members on this forum, either runs it or works for them (I'm afraid I'm not sure which!) if you search for him.
We are currently with voipfone.co.uk, been with them for just under a year, and have not been very happy with them. Recently we have had all sorts of problems, and their customer service just don't seem to be making any effort to assist in solving the problems.
They also don't offer specific features that many other VOIP providers offer.
Hence why I am looking for a new provider.

Since my earlier post, where I advised that I was receiving problems with my VOIP provider. I have received various communication from voipfone.co.uk to try and sort out the problems.
They have been very quick to act on my post and are currently looking into a number of issues that we have raised.
After my criticism, I am happy to provide credit to them.
