VOIP options

Hi All,

I run a recruitment business so we spend a lot of time on the phone, with about 80% of calls to mobiles. So far we have been using our mobile telephones with unlimited deals which has cost us just £35/month each. We are in a serviced office so we are limited to how much we can change in terms of the phone system in the office. We want to move to a more integrated system (calls through our laptops, move our number wherever we go, not having to shout down the mobile) and VOIP soft phones seem to offer lots of flexibility.

I wondered if anyone could recommend either:

i) Suitable soft phone options and VOIP providers - I've seen Sipcentric as one option.
ii) Any telephony consultants in the North East (Newcastle area) who might be able to advise us on our options.
iii) Any other options we might not have considered.

Thanks Ian

If you want a phone that can be moved around with your laptops or to any wifi location, then do message me. I use one for my business and it is the flexibility of having a local number which can go with you anywhere and is only the size of an iphone.

Best wishes

Avril :)

There are lots of options; generally you're better with a proper hardware phone in an office situation than a soft phone, though soft phones do have their uses and we have a few call centres using them.

Give us a call on 020 7043 5555 and talk it through with one of the guys.
