Hello Everyone,

We are looking to use a virtual office both for registered address but also for phone answering and mail forwarding services. Ideally we look for the following package:

Mail & packages received and signed for



Receptionist to greet clients and visitors



A dedicated local business telephone number and company voicemail



Receptionist to answer calls using your company name



24 hour access to voicemail



Local fax number



Private audio & web conferencing account



Days of private office usage + internet



Preferred rates on office supplies and shipping



Access to professional administrative support from the centre team




Can anyone recommend a center that you used (prices, location, url)?

    Voice and fax numbers are easy and it's important to keep the numbers independent of the virtual assistant because you want to be able to swop if necessary. If you need to talk through alternatives, give us a call 020 7043 5555

    Try your local business centres, enterprise centres, serviced offices, etc. as they tend to offer this service which gives a lot more than a virtual service when you want receptionists, phone answering, etc.

    Hi Amart, have you since manage to find a provider for your requirements? Going through your requirements it does seem to sway more to a Virtual Assistant/PA rather than a Virtual Office especially for the administration support that you would need. Having a Virtual PA answering your phone will present your company in a more professional manner as they take the time to understand your company and it will not feel to your clients that any old 'John' is answering the phone. By having that additional knowledge ensures a more efficient service can be provided whether it be answering FAQ's or checking your diary for available appointments rather than expecting your client to wait for a call back. This is of course my personal opinion however no one else knows your business like you do and only you will know how to move your business forward.
