Hello all ?? Just a quick thread to see if there's any people out there who are using a virtual office address for their business? If so, how has your experience been with them?
Pros and cons?
Any recommended companies to use?

I use Regus for a prestigious central London address. £145pm +VAT plus £16pm post forwarding every Friday.
All good except the post forwarding is a bit slow but v rarely receive post nowadays

I pay about £50 a year for the address without postage. Postage is not a big addition!

CS? Not required as its automated. Couple of issues i recall at beginning but were my errors but they fixed them. Recall using skype to chat to them so were tech aware. Zero issues with service and would only mention something that worked well.

We use https://thelondonoffice.com/ - although despite their name they have virtual offices in Edinburgh too, and a few more places coming soon.

I think its around £100 a year and includes free scanning of mail from HMRC and UK Gov. othe rpackages available. These are then available through their web portal to print off as needed, or for a fee you can have the original forwarded on.

Ive been using them for a few years, and they seem decent enough. Although one small complaint i have is they seem to move offices occasionally, which means if it's your registered address you need to update all your paperwork and various online submissions.
