VAT Deregistration Address?

I've filled out form VAT7 to deregister from VAT and it says to post it back to your regional deristration office, however I can't find a list of offices.

Can anyone help?

Assuming you are a UK based business the VAY deregistration form should be sent to the address below. It is the same address for all UK based businesses.
