Urgent help required - Google problems

I am having issues/problems with Google, site map and robot.txt.
Is there anyone out there who offeres a service to sort these types of problems. This would then lead to helping with page ranking etc.

No they won't.

Neither of there will make the slightest difference to your ranking.

robot.txt just tells google which bits to exclude and the site map just tells google which page are on the site.

Just drop me a message with the exact problems you are having and I'll take a look. As has been said above, this won't really help with your "Google pagerank" though as that is determined from links.
