sometimes there's a bit of a tension here between members, Haven't been here for too long, but the banter between some is pretty hilarious:)

Anyway, what do you guys do to relax, unwind, and take your thoughts off the business for once?

That would be interesting to hear;)

I would share mine if you share yours.....

I stand in the garden and tut and moan at the passers-by.

Shaking ones head and pointing is a great stress reliever as well.

Winds everybody else up though.

I went to a Gym once. I found the thong leotard very uncomfortable and I tried to feel a new man but got chucked out

I'm at the stage of working every second under the sun so don't get much chance to un-wind. I usally go out about midnight for a half hour stroll to switch off before going to bed

Took the rare weekend off the other day to go to a festival which was amazing :)

Why wearing the thong leotard yourself? there are some lovely ladies out there that look much, much better while wearing the their birthday suit and massaging you till the point of exhilaration....they are pearls of pleasure, one by one, PEARL, London.....

If you can take a weekend off in a day I want the formula - think how much I could get done if every day was equal to 2......:D

I use the Gym on a tue, thurs, saturday and Kickboxing with the wife on mondays and wednesday's

I've been going to the gym for 14years now, just 3 hours a week all in, oh and by the way I do get pee'd off with people who say they would love to get fit and healthy but don't have the time, Whats 3 hours out of 168 per week?. To be honestthough not only does It keep me sane but it also gives me something else to focus on and seems to clear my mind a bit.

The kickboxing is great as I get to have a tear up:eek: and release any frustrations that may have been building up. Cant recommend it enough along with boxing and most other martial arts.

Time out is really important, some people like a drink, some people do exercise, I like to combine both:D

I keep fit by mountain biking through the welsh valleys... tried the gym a few times in the past but dont enjot it at all, however there would be less injueries in the gym.

then there is formula 1, chinese food and alcohol.. all good to unwind.. but not all at the same time..

then it is work work work!!

I know how you feel, sometime Mrs Strait needs a firm hand to keep her in place as well.

Funny, I darn't go near the wife, she'll spar with anyone but me! It's ok for someone else to punch her but if I do it (not hard and fully padded up, within the rules mind;)) I get the 'look' and then the sessions finished:D
