I think you need to start by establishing who has jurisdiction - is it England or in the US? If in the US, which state? You then need to try to find a UK company that has experience of that jurisdiction. No, I tried the law society search and it didn't show US abilities.Thanks. Yeah, I think this is all part of what I need help with.
It is California I believe.
Am I able to search for law firms on Law Society that support other countries? I tried using it and it only has UK counties listed. Not sure if using correctly though.
