Twitter marketing

Hi everybody,

I run an online business in the health food sector based in West Yorkshire. Currently my main form of advertising is through shoutouts on instagram and I am now wanting to push my twitter account and advertise through there.

Does anybody on here have any experience of twitter advertising? I am ideally wanting to do something like I do now where I ask larger instagram accounts to post pictures and comments about my products.

Our main customer base is the USA and shoutouts outperform ppc massively!

I haven't tried the paid twitter advertising yet however it's a great medium for business advertising and quickly getting followers. If you run competitions getting people to retweet an offer which is unlocked after a certain number or something like that it works really well.

I have had a brief look at that. Was more interested in finding a freelancer with experience in twitter advertising and marketing to work with long term to be honest

Could you not ask your 'Instagramers' to send photos over to twitter? Maybe offer the most like shoutout/ image a discount next time around which would help increase customer retention plus generate you more business. Something like a Twitter competition could work too. Free and usually picked up well.
