Probably not.

General rule is: the easier it is to get a link the lower the value of that link.

Since these are about a easy as it is to get the value is just about zero.

Well if quantity is more important to you than quality, then go for it. But if you check your new facebook likes, you will see that they are mainly from profiles, which has been created for the sake of Twiends. I see no point if you are hoping to spread the word about your business and get some more leads. I have used that in order to gather 25 likes quick, so that I would be able to get a custom username. It isnt going to do you any harm I dont think at all and in some cases getting your initial number of Titter followers up is quite important so in that way it is a good thing.

It wont have much impact on your seo though at all. As it is a free tool, there is no harm in having a play and seeing if it can bring in any value to you.

Sounds great for an initial boost. If someone looks at your page and you have 20 'likes', you look like a very small, very new business and along with that goes a lack of trust. If you have 120 likes people are more likely to see what you're about.
It certainly won't help with seo or converting fans into customers but it will give your company an ego boost. :)
