Tweetable links within blog posts

Hi there,

Can someone please advise on how to create tweetable links within blog posts? Ideally i want to write something and then they click on the twitter image and a twitter popup box which is prepopulated appears. I know i can use the "click to tweet" service but is there html code i can enter to do this myself?

Blog posts suggests you are using wordpress. In which case there are loads of plugins you can use that do this.

You can just break the button down - https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=Whatever
Open it in your own pop up or use the twitter js

It's effectively the same as creating a share button copying the code and just changing the text though - Why reinvent the wheel?

Its already on the plugin and I'm wondering why are you trying to make hard for yourself. This will save your time to do more.
