Trustpilot problem

I have an ongoing problem with Trustpilot which I can't resolve with them.
First, I had one customer manage to post multiple fake negative reviews.I managed to get TP to remove a few of them.I then carefully got my customers to post reviews for me,which were all favourable.
But I've just received an email from TP that they've removed all my good reviews! I can't believe these people. They allow abuse, but then delete legitimate good reviews.
Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced reputation management firm who can help me?

Just stop using trust pilot.

Their systems detected a number of positive reviews appearing within a short period of time which is what triggered the removal.

Is that not what they are asking? Who can they use as an alternative?

No. It's not what they're asking.

They're requesting a recommendation for a reputation management company (i.e. most digital agencies offer reputation management) to come up with a strategy to up-rank/down-rank (or similar) their reviews thus managing their brand's online reputation.

If they were seeking alternatives to TP, then they should asked for an alternative review platform for businesses.

My pos reviews were posted once a week on average. I don’t think this is over the top, so doubt if that’s the reason.
But funny how 12 neg reviews within 20 hours were allowed to stand! (It was definitely one nutcase customer posting them all, under different names. One review used the c word, which wasn’t automatically deleted as it should have been- only after I flagged it)
None of this affects my business. I’m busier than I ‘ve ever been. It’s the principle that they can get away with this behaviour that’s annoying.

Steve are you on one of their payment plans or the free option
I am on the free option but they just dont have a lower cost plan for companies that have a few a month

They are geared up for bigger internet sales and I am not sure if they help the free members as much

And no, I’m not looking for an alternative to TP. I want a reputation management consultant.

If trustpilot reviews are important to you then I'd suggest signing up for a paid plan and you will be surprised what happens next. Far be it from me to suggest they are anything other than totally above board but...wink, wink.

A reputation management company will cost a lot more.

Indeed. But they don't care as it makes no difference to their business model. If you are on the free plan you are a burden. If you pay a subscription then they will listen to you.

If you are busy why do you even need the reviews?
