Next time you log in, you may have a flurry of trophies awarded to you!

These have been rebuilt to reflect your post contributions to the site rather than on the mix of posts and thanks etc. This should directly affect the user title that appears under your avatar and will update automatically when you reach the next level!

To see your updated level please log out and back in again!

Number of posts to user title:

0+ UKBF Newcomer
30+ UKBF Contributor
100+ UKBF Regular
500+ UKBF Enthusiasst
1000+ UKBF Ace
3000+ UKBF Big Shot
5000+ UKBF Legend

When originally set up - we didn't realise that there was no way to assign user titles based on posts alone. Instead, the system relies on awarding points when you reach a certain threshold. This conflict left a number of members stuck on 'newcomer' even after contributing hundreds of posts.

Hopefully now it is a bit more representative, and we can look at highlighting and rewarding the quality of member contributions in other more meaningful ways such as featured threads etc.

Same with the Emergency one. You get that for 999 to 1000 only.

On that subject I get the naming convention apart from the "UKBF Emergency" one. Why am I classed as an emergency when I hit between 999 and 1000 posts?

Dan,

How come effort has been wasted on this feature (that was universally regarded by UKBF members as pointless) when there are a whole raft of outstanding issues that still haven't been fixed?

And according to your list I should 5000 points but don't. But I'd much rather have a navigation system that actually works on a small screen.

I now appear to back down to a much more sensible 210 - a number that isn't in your list.

Good to see my subscription is being well spent....

Can I be a Bigshot as when I looked up Legend I got.

"Legend, typically, is a short (mono-) episodic, traditional, highly ecotypified[4] historicized narrative performed in a conversational mode, reflecting on a psychological level a symbolic representation of folk belief and collective experiences and serving as a reaffirmation of commonly held values of the group to whose tradition it belongs"

Earl,
You can call yourself anything you like. But to me you will always be a big cuddly bunny rabbit.
