Hi everyone
My tenants are away and there is a hedge which needs trimming which leans onto the back garden fence. In order to cut it back, I will not need access to the property, but will be in close proximity to the back garden and its fence obviously.
I have emailed the tenants to let them know and they are fine with it, however are there any laws, or parts of legislation regarding how close I am allowed to be to the property without permission? Would be good to know for future reference.
I oddly recall that a landlord cannot be within certain feet of their rented property without permission.
Thanks
