Transfering Job Titles

Hello,

I am currently the creative director for a company but I am now going to be the managing director and also bring in the former MD as a non-excutive director.

How much hassle is this or is it quite easy.

If anyone can help me that would be great.

That's a shame. It's always sad to see a company dissapear - or usually anyway, I'm sure there are a few we would all like to see dissapear.
