Hello everyone!

I would like to find out , if there is already a trademark AYC registred I believe in UK because it starts as UK000, now I am curious How does it work if someone register the same trademark with the same class in US or another country where there is no such a trademark ?

Trade marks are jurisdictional, so ownership of a UK trade mark registration does not give the owner the right to prevent others from using/registering the same mark in say the US. Having said that, the US system is essentially a first-to-use system (rather than first-to-file), so just because no one has registered the mark there yet doesn't mean that the mark is available for use and/or registration.

Do you know by any chances hom much time do I have if I register a trademark and than at some point want to start the business? I read that it protects for 5 years the trademark if not used ?is this correct ?

A UK trade mark registration is valid for 10 years (at which point it must be renewed at ten year intervals), but you are right - if your mark hasn't been used for 5 years post registration then a third party could apply to revoke it for non-use.
