Hello, It would be amazing if you could help me out! I registered my company J.CoREBELLE, a clothing company and in classes 25 and 35. Just yesterday i received a notice of threatened opposition from a company in Germany called REBELLE which is a second-hand designer company. I'm just wondering if they do go ahead with filing will they have a chance of being successful? Thanks In advance
