I'm a software developer looking to understand the real pain points in running a trade business (plumbing, electrical, building, etc).
Not interested in selling anything - genuinely trying to learn what causes you the most stress or costs you the most money operationally.
Is it:
Chasing payments from customers?
Managing subcontractors or staff?
Estimating jobs accurately?
Something else entirely?
What's the one thing that, if solved, would make your business significantly easier to run or more profitable?
Thank you all
