Top 3 Shopping Carts in London

I want to know top 3 sites in London. Make a list based on your experience or anyone else you know who have experienced shopping carts.

There is a shopping cart under Waterloo Bridge that is quite famous. The one on the 17th floor of Centre Point is well know as it the one on the top of Harrow hill.

Don't know if they are the top shopping carts in London but they are the only one's I know about.

Unless of course you are thinking about the famous Tesco shopping cart snake in Islington. Last reports indicated there were 226 carts joined in a continuous chain across the car park.

There is a very experienced cart in Croydon that can answer philosophical questions. Is that any help?
