Hi Tony,

The service looks very good, I only had a quick look, but couldn't find out pricing info such as how much it costs to speak to a customer per minute.

Maybe I missed it.

I'm not sure about your competition as I have never looked into this kind of service before.

Good luck,

Darren

Hi

I am setting up a partnership with Jaduka a US based company

I own the domain names now and partnership starts in 6 months time once a few changes have been made

Your thoughts please if you have a 5 min tea break today

Thanks

Hi Tony,

If you are asking for a mini-review, I'll start positively: the graphics are clean and very slick and I wish I could produce similar stuff.

However in brief, I would not go beyond the front page (viewed 22 Jan 07) if I was a non-technical business person.

Why? For me it's the psychology that doesn't work. The index page just doesn't 'impact sell' the benefit in laymans terms, and I don't get it. Combined with the graphic-style (however good it is), it gives off the feel of an anonymous site and does not warm me/draw me in to explore further.

I would of course assume you have very clearly identified your ideal customer and the language they use; that you know the real challenges they have and that your product and business model has real value they would benefit from (savings/business advantages).

Thus I can only make the assumption as it is configured, that your best sales channel (whether aimed for or not) might be a techie who evangelises about it to a web site client/author... and that's how the sales come.... however, as one (a web project designer manager) I am not gripped by one single reason that compels me to expend my time and resources to bringing you new client business. My level is probably jack-of-all-trades and with the off-limits technical jargon, I just cannot see how I can gain advantage from it.

I would also suggest you lose the phrase 'toll-free' because straight away I know you are not UK based, and that puts me off as a person of UK origin.

Hope my review is fair (anyone disagree?), although my tea is now cold, and that's unfair.

Best regards,

Paul.

Hey!
This is a cool service! The website homepage is a bit a bit un-focused. I found your services to be very innovative and useful... what does Myprivateline cost? I might use it...
- PB:)

Thanks for all your feedback

this is a new project for me and really in its early days as the company in based in Texas, so i need to better understand the way it all works myself. I think i will launch a UK site within 12 months.

I have been told that it will work ok in the UK but agree it is not simple to understand the product and prices are not clear.

Thanks again to all that give their input

Tony
