martin, Im interested in your product but does it get much work done on it? I assume not also there is no forum or phone number!

Realistically when do you think the nochex feature will be added on?

Hi

There is deliberately no number as due to margins / time on phone etc, we prefer all support enquiries channelled through the contact form of the site so they are dealt with in the right order, and we have a documented trail.

The forums - yes I know! - I put so much pressure on to get the site finished that particular aspect remains to be finished.

Up-take has been a bit slow on the software and you have to balance time on what is currently paying the bills as well as that which might pay the bills!

Which brings me on to your requirement regards Nochex. Hand on heart, if you wanted an honest answer, then I dont see an immediate integration of Nochex into the solution, nor at least for a month or two.

If that does mean you go with another solution in the meantime then I do completely understand, as at the end of the day I'd rather you were able to manage your orders etc.

I do hope we can sort the Nochex integration in time, and should help to enhance the product, so I do appreciate your interest in the product regardless, and sorry I cant bring that solution a bit closer, a bit quicker!

All the best

M

Hi Martin

thanks for the response I do like honesty and I agree regarding the lack of telephone support etc etc.

I will signup as soon as I get the paper through shall be ordering that soon.

If it is printing off automatically I guess I will login to my email inbox and just mark the orders for that day as read! Or is there another solution I imagine not?

Martin I am less than impressed with the software. It searches for new transactions and does not find any when I know they are sitting there.

It also seem to have a problem remembering our business address on invoices and keeps reverting back to the sample address.

I have tried emailing but no response.

Hello and thanks for your message.

I'm sorry the software isn't working out for you. I've got over 75 people currently trialling the one month demo, and haven't had any reports of it reverting back to the default templates. The first problem sounds like an PayPal API key problem. - Has it ever downloaded orders for you?

If you would like to email [email protected] and let me know if you dont get a reply, as although I am not the one answering them, I do get copied in on that mailbox.

I'm not sure if this is the best forum moving forward to actually discuss / solve the problem, so do please email a summary to that email address and we will try and get that problem resolved for you.

Regards

Martin

This problem seems to be only with your setup, and I wish I could advise further, but both Gary and I have no idea why this is happening on your setup and no one elses.

At the risk of sounding defeatest, It's a free trial and I guess this package just isn't going to work for you.

All the best with whatever solution you end up with.

regards

Martin

With a bit of deft folding, it should be possible to make the standard Ebay invoice/packing slip fit into a docs enclosed wallet without showing any of the other details. All you need to do then is print out loads of small return address labels to add to the mix.

Of course, all of these solutions rather assume that ebay buyers are capable of typing their own addresses that one time when they set the account up. I still prefer to copy, paste & edit, using sheets of 8 Avery-style labels which includes space for the return address (in light grey, now, ever since the post office delivered an entire bag-full of parcels to us instead of the recipients ). It never ceases to amaze me the number of buyers who think addresses and postcode should be entirely in lower case and postcodes shouldn't have a space in the middle......

Best prices on-line for 8 up laser labels try http://www.cheap-laserlabels.co.uk/laser-labels/8UP-A4-Laser-Labels.asp they offer next day delivery from stock, 500 laser labels sheets per box

very interested in this...

Can it be set to seperate UK /Non UK orders?

I have a different intergrated labels size I currently use. Can the position of the delivery address part be changed on the template?

cheers

Aimcosoftware should be able to help you with this one, their software has all these integrated labels templates http://www.cheap-integratedlabels.co.uk/single-integrated-labels.asp some of these label sizes are indeed for non uk orders

Hi

The most would be the document wallets. Or you could opt for the Integrated label sheets (I think less than 3p sheet) then you would have a tidy solution all in one sheet.

What I'd suggest is have a look over at www.paypal-printmaster.co,uk and download the demo.

It will allow you to pull down your last 100 orders from PayPal as well auto-print your next 25 orders that come in.

Hopefully the demo will give you a good idea of how it works.

Hope that helps

M

You can use these integrated labels with paypal printmaster http://www.cheap-integratedlabels.co.uk/labels/Single-Integrated-Label-S1.asp
