Just been a change.

Time Out can now only be seen and participated in by logged-in users who are not banned and have made at least 5 posts (threads or replies) and have been registered for at least 30 days.

Sorry folks, this one is on us.

We had originally planned to make the change Paul describes and had briefed our moderators as such.

However, this change wasn't actually supposed to go ahead. Making the change and the brief going out to the moderators was a mistake on our end. Sorry, Paul!

Time Out is back and publicly available and we have no plans at present to make any further changes.

Again, sorry for all the confusion. This was entirely on me!
