Oh I don't know 6 pints of beer and I just get merry.;)

Point is supermarket processed foods give you salt levels that are dangerous from a health point of view.

And most people do not realise this.:eek:

Dangerous is subjective.

If I only have one processed meal per week, then my salt intake from processed meals is actually very safe.

If I eat them very regularly, then they will cause my salt intake to be well above healthy levels.

So, it isn't necessarily the salt level in the food which is dangerous. It just depends on how much you eat. If you're careful and eat within reason, then every type of food can be part of a very healthy lifestyle. That includes fast food, ready-meals, pizzas, kebabs and so on.
