Can you copy terms and conditions? I have found a similar company to us using the same ts and cs but just changed the name and company details etc.

I guess they all come from a template of some sort and then adapted. We had ours done by a solicitor I believe.

I guess you can do it, just a bit lazy/cheeky isn't it?

I am more interested from a legal pint of view.

I guess there is a bit of duplicate content SEO too if you want to get picky,

Rather than taking the risk of copyright infringement a low cost method of obtaining instant customised T&C's for your Website is www. e-termsandconditions .com you receive custom made, tailored T&C's specifically for your business based on some simple questions, just the same a solicitor would ask you in a consultation. The result is that you get complete T&C's which are pre-formatted and relevant to your business for a fraction of the cost that a solicitor would charge.
