My company is re-launching it's new website this weekend and will be taking on a national coverage (due to virtual offices and non-geographic numbers routed back to base here in South Wales)

You should probably be looking at a VoIP solution for that as you can add and remove 'lines' and numbers as and when you like online without any physical intervention and no line cost. No equipment necessary (except telephones) and calls between all locations are free.
