tax return form newbie

Hi,

This might be a silly question but i'm not sure. I registered as self employed in 01/07/2012, and done only a few jobs.

I was wondering do I need to fill in a tax return form online before 31/1/2013?..or do I fill mines in 2014?

Any info on this would be helpful.

no your first tax return will be due for period 01/07/2012 to 5/4/13 and dead line will be 31/1/2014
