Take it or leave it?

Sorry to be a bit vague here but, I sent an email (April 2007) to a particular investment company expressing my dissatisfaction with them, but never received a reply.

I contacted them again (by email via their blog site) this Monday, and received a reply this Wednesday, asking me why I doubted their authenticity amongst other things.

I then responded with quite a lengthy email, and received EXACTLY the same reply (as Wednesdays), with EXACTLY the same wording, but with one extra sentence thrown in, denying something that was said during our initial meeting.

Should I respond and what would be the best way?

I would find someone else to do business with. Obviously the company isn't being too approachable or authentic if they are just using the same generic email. If they aren't going to be personalized with you, then why do business with them.

Their email/s to me were not generic...they were specifically written to me, but the second email was identical to the first, other than that extra sentence.
